Open-Set Submission Form

This form is for all paid registrants of the Open Set Competition.

The process is two-fold:

we require that this online form to be filled out and submitted anytime prior to September 1, 2019.
when you receive your confirmation email of the submission, we ask that you print it and include that hard-copy with your book submission, also due by September 1, 2019.
